Important Details 

  • A virtual pre-recorded event with live roundtable sessions. 
  • It is free to join the summit, we will offer a VIP pass that offers recordings of all presentations and an invite-only round table session the last day of the event. (Speakers do have the option to earn commission on VIP passes).

The Stand Out & Scale Summit is for female service providers, creatives, and small business owners who are ready to grow their online business, streamline their systems, and confidently step into full-time entrepreneurship.

How does it work?


Speaker Applications Open: June 27

Speaker Applications Close: July 15

Successful Speakers Contacted: July 30

Submit Final Participation Form:
Due August 30, 2025

Your Presentation:
One 15-20 minute pre-recorded presentation with or without a slide deck, due September 19, 2025.

Your Lead Magnet/Share Link:
Submit one free asset that will be shared with attendees. You also have the option to include a bonus asset in the VIP Pass to increase visibility and value for attendees.

Door Prize:
We’ll be giving away prizes for our most engaged attendees. We ask each speaker to contribute one low-ticket offer (typically $7–$47) as a freebie for our giveaway pool.

Promotional Requirements

Agreeing to promote the summit is essential to participate.
Cross-promotion is one of the most powerful benefits of virtual summits!
You’ll be provided with swipe files, graphics, and a promo strategy to make it easy.

Official Agreement

After submitting the participation form, you’ll receive a speaker agreement outlining the basics—permission to use your video, lead magnet, and prize info.

How Are You Compensated?

All speakers are affiliates.
The summit is free to attendees, and revenue comes from VIP Pass upgrades.

You’ll receive a unique affiliate link and 25% of revenue generated from your referrals.

Timeline

  • August 30: Final speaker form due

  • September 19: Presentations, lead magnets, and giveaway offers due

  • September 23 – October 6: You’ll receive your personalized promo materials and two-week promo strategy

  • October 7 – 22: Promotion period

  • October 23–24: Summit goes live

  • October 25 – November 8: VIP Pass content remains available
