• A virtual pre-recorded event with live roundtable sessions. 
• It is free to join the summit, and we do offer a VIP pass that offers recordings of all presentations and an invite-only round table session the last day of the event. (Speakers do have the option to earn commission on VIP passes).

How does it work? 

• On or before November 20th submit this final form. 
• Your Presentation:
  • One 30-45 minute pre-recorded presentation w/slide deck Due December 15th. 
• Your lead magnet/share links
  • One free asset that we can share via a link. 
  • You have the option to submit an additional asset to the VIP pass to make it a little more desirable to our summit guests. 
• Door prize
  • We will be giving away prizes for the most engaged audience members. We ask speaker to submit a low ticket offer for free (just one is fine and the range is usually $7-47)

Promotional Requirements

• Agreeing to help promote the summit is essential for participation. Cross-promotion is the biggest benefit of virtual summits. We will share swipe files and graphics you can use to promote. 

Official agreement: Once you submit this form, we will be sending over a contract for you to submit. Just the basics giving us permission to use the video you submit etc.

• Graphics and swipe copy for speakers to share with their email list and social channels

• Software platform for distribution

• All communication before, during, and after the event

How are you compensated?

• Our speakers are affiliates - so you’ll get a unique link to send to your audience/community. The summit is free to participants, and revenue will be generated through the VIP Pass.

• Speakers get 25% of the revenue generated from their link.

What’s the time frame?

• All presentation assets must be uploaded by December 15,2023.

• You will receive a 2-week promotional strategy to drip excitement to your audience Jan 1-14

• The summit will be January 15-19, 2024., with open access through February 1.
